Norway is exactly what you think it will be. It’s a Christmas card that you can walk into. It’s wild, and free and friendly and adventurous and comfortable. Like a nice, cable knit sweater. Norway is a four course meal – complete with wine pairings – served at a hostel in the mountains, by the fjord, socked in by fog. Really, that happened, and that was Norway in every sense. Let me tell you about Norway.
Project Type: Europe
Iceland was supposed to be a layover, a quick stop on the way to a bigger trip in Europe. However, Iceland simply refuses to be just a layover. Iceland, with it’s ice and fire, stays with you. Iceland is almost constantly calling me to come back, and it remains one of the fewer places that I would always drop everything to go visit without hesitation.
